Swiss K31 Carbine, produced in 1935, in very good condition with 90% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers. Includes matching bayonet.
On the right side of the stock there are heavy pressure marks and light gouges throughout the butt. Heavy gouge near the bottom of the butt. Heavy pressure marks on the pistol grip and wrist. Heavy gouge forward of the wrist, below the bolt release lever. Heavy pressure marks around the finger groove. On the left side of the stock there are light gouges throughout the butt. Mild pressure mark on the wrist. Light gouge in front of the rear barrel band. On the underside of the stock there are light gouges along the butt. Heavy pressure marks in front of the magazine plate. Mild pressure marks along the comb.
Receiver has lightly worn finish. Rear barrel band has lightly worn finish and light surface marks.
P stamped.
Soldier's tag found behind the butt plate.
Includes muzzle cover and leather sling.
Includes matching serial number 1918 bayonet, made by Elsener Schwyz, with scabbard and leather frog.
Blade has grinding marks along the edge from a previous sharpening.
Scabbard has lightly worn finish. Leather frog was made by P. Dutoiv of Moudon (Vaud) in 1926.
