Swiss W+F Bern K31 Carbine, produced in 1949, in Good condition with 80% finish. 4/5 Bore (lightly worn rifling). 2/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Stock has an armory repaired crack on the left side at the wrist and an armory repaired crack on the right side in between the bolt release lever and the beginning of the finger groove.
On the right side of the stock there is a severe gouge at the base of the butt and light gouging throughout the butt. Heavy gouging on the pistol grip and wrist. Heavy gouging in front of the finger groove, extending onto the handguard. Light gouging before both barrel bands. On the left side of the stock there are heavy gouges on the butt near the sling mount. Light gouging forward of the wrist. Light gouging before the rear barrel band and mild gouging between the barrel bands. On the underside there is severe gouging on the butt. Mild gouging between the magazine plate and rear barrel band. Light gouging in front of the rear barrel band. On the top of the stock there is light gouging along the comb. Handguard has mild gouging before the rear barrel band and light gouging between the barrel bands.
Receiver has mild to heavy finish wear and light pitting. Rear barrel band has heavily worn finish and light patina. Trigger guard has light pitting. Magazine and trigger guard have light edge wear.
