Swiss K31 Carbine, produced in 1943, in good condition with 85% finish. 5/5 Bore. 1/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Stock was manufactured out of two spliced pieces of wood, which was typical during wartime production. The stock is splitting along the splice at the butt.
On the right side of the stock there are light to mild gouges and mild to heavy pressure marks along the butt. Light gouging on the forearm around the barrel bands. On the left side of the stock there are light gouges before the finger groove. Deep scratch in front of the rear barrel band. Scratch halfway between the barrel bands. On the underside of the stock there are mild gouges along the butt. Mild pressure marks and light gouging in front of the magazine plate. Light gouging along the comb. Handguard has light gouges throughout the rear half.
Receiver has lightly worn finish. Light to mild pitting over the chamber. Rear barrel band has heavily worn finish. Front barrel band has light pitting. Trigger guard has lightly worn finish.
P stamped.
Soldier's tag found behind the butt plate.
Includes muzzle cover and leather sling.
