Swiss W+F Bern K31 Carbine, produced in 1955, in very good condition with 80% finish. 4/5 bore (lightly worn rifling). 3/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Stock has a semi-circle-shaped crack on the underside at the toe that appears to have been previously repaired.
On the right side of the stock there are mild pressure marks at the rear of the butt and a mild gouge toward the bottom of the butt. Heavy gouge below the finger groove. On the left side of the stock there are heavy pressure marks on the wrist. Mild gouge in front of the finger groove. On the underside of the stock there is a heavy pressure mark before the pistol grip. Light gouging around the center of the comb.
Receiver has areas of heavily worn finish, light scratches, and light surface marks. Rear barrel band has heavily worn finish. Barrel has heavily worn finish. Trigger guard has heavily worn finish. Magazine base has mild edge wear and a pair of dents.
No P stamp noted.
Includes aluminum muzzle cover and leather sling.
