Swiss K11 Carbine, produced in 1922, in very good condition with 85% original finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. Stock and handguard matching serial numbers. Bolt matching serial number. Magazine matching serial number.
Furniture has been previously sanded and refinished. On the right side of the stock there is a gouge on the bottom edge near the toe. There is a pressure mark on the upper right edge of the finger groove. On the left side of the stock there is a small gouge just above the toe and an area with several light to mild pressure marks below the rear sling mount which extends to the underside of the stock. There is an area with multiple pressure marks below the woodline near the rear of the receiver. On the underside of the stock there are a few light gouges around the magazine plate, including a larger gouge in front of the magazine plate. On the handguard, there is a gouge on the right side of the handguard, near the rear end.
Light finish wear at the rear of the receiver, and there are multiple light scratches and surface marks throughout, particularly on the top side around the lightening cuts. Light to mild edge wear around the loading slot, light edge wear around the lightening cuts. Light finish wear on both barrel bands. Magazine has mostly light finish wear, with an area of mild finish wear around the center screw. Light to mild finish wear and light patina on the trigger guard. Fair finish wear on the magazine base.
Receiver is P stamped.
Soldier's tag found under butt plate.
Includes leather sling.
