This Swiss 1911 Rifle, produced in 1912, is in very good condition with 95% finish. 5/5 Bore. 3/5 Stock. Stock and handguard matching serial numbers. Bolt matching serial number. Magazine matching serial number. Bottom charging handle knob is chipped. Bluing has been armory refurbished and is very dark with little wear. The trigger guard has a very light amount of edge wear. The base of the magazine has a spot blemish and very light edge wear. A long crack in the top of the handguard in between the two barrel bands has been armory repaired. Some of the shellac that had been applied to the handguard is flaking off. The stock has some heavy handling marks, including some small but heavy dents. There are also some spots of dark discoloration in the stock. Receiver is P stamped. The adjacent ·24 stamp indicates armory refurbishment in 1924. Includes muzzle cover. C&R Eligible. The Model 1911 rifle is chambered in 7.5x55mm Swiss Gewehrpatrone 1911 (GP11) and was produced by the Swiss federal armory from 1913 through 1919.
