Swiss W+F Bern 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1917, in Very Good condition with 80% finish. 4/5 Bore (lightly worn rifling). 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Lower bolt knob is cracked.
On the right side of the stock there are heavy pressure marks at the rear of the butt. On the left side of the stock there is a long, light scratch around the center of the butt. Small, heavy gouges on the wrist. Light gouges on the forward end of the wrist. Heavy pressure mark before the finger groove. On the underside of the stock there are light gouges on the butt. Mild gouge between the magazine plate and rear barrel band. Handguard has a pair of mild gouges near the ferrule. Light gouging before both barrel bands.
Receiver has lightly worn finish and light surface marks. Both barrel bands are approaching white. Magazine plate and trigger guard are approaching white. Magazine base is in the white.
