Swiss 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1916, in very good condition with 90% finish. 4/5 Bore (lightly worn rifling, light pitting). 3/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Upper bolt knob is chipped. Lower bolt knob is cracked.
Furniture was sanded and refinished.
Handguard has a crack between the barrel bands that was repaired with glue on the underside.
On the left side of the stock there is a mild gouge at the wood line, below the receiver serial number. Light gouging on the rear edge of the finger groove.
Bluing was previously refurbished.
Receiver has light surface marks on the rear of the receiver. Both barrel bands have light edge wear. Trigger guard has light to mild surface marks.
P stamped receiver. WF26 stamped below the serial number, indicating refurbishment by Waffenfabrik Bern in 1926.
Includes muzzle cover.
