Swiss W+F Bern 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1916, in Very Good condition with 90% finish. 4/5 Bore (lightly worn rifling). 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Both bolt knobs are cracked.
Furniture was refinished with a gloss finish.
On the right side of the stock there is a light gouge and heavy pressure mark at the forward end of the butt. Light gouge before the rear barrel band. On the left side of the stock there are light gouges on the butt above the sling mount. Long, thin pressure marks on the butt. Light gouge on the pistol grip. Mild pressure mark halfway between the barrel bands.
Bluing was previously refurbished.
Receiver has light surface marks. Both barrel bands have lightly worn finish and light pitting. Trigger guard has lightly worn finish and light to mild surface marks.
