Swiss W+F Bern 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1916, in Very Good condition with 85% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
On the right side of the stock there are heavy pressure marks at the rear of the butt and there are light gouges throughout the butt. Heavy pressure mark below the bolt release lever. Light gouging around the finger groove. Light gouging in front of the rear barrel band. On the left side of the stock there is a scratch near the center of the butt. Light gouging forward of the wrist. Light gouge halfway between the finger groove and barrel band. On the underside of the stock there is light gouging in front of the rear barrel band. Handguard has a light gouge before the rear barrel band and a heavy pressure mark before the front barrel band.
Receiver finish is lightly worn and there are light surface marks throughout. Heavy edge wear at the rear of the receiver. Rear barrel band has lightly worn finish.
P stamped.
WF26 stamped below the serial number, indicating armory refurbishment in 1926.
Includes muzzle cover and leather sling.
