Swiss 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1915, in very good condition with 85% finish. 4/5 Bore (lightly worn rifling). 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Lower bolt knob is cracked.
On the right side of the stock there is light gouging below the bolt release lever. On the left side of the stock there are a few light gouges on the butt. Heavy pressure marks and light scratches forward of the wrist. Light gouging and rash in front of the finger groove. On the underside of the stock there are heavy pressure marks on the butt in front of the rear sling mount. Mild pressure marks in front of the rear barrel band. Handguard has light gouges before the rear barrel band.
Receiver finish is mildly worn. Rear barrel band has lightly worn finish and light patina. Front barrel band has lightly worn finish. Magazine plate, trigger guard, and magazine have heavily worn finish and mild patina.
P stamped receiver. B26 stamped below the serial number, indicating armory refurbishment in 1926.
