Swiss W+F Bern 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1913, in very good condition with 85% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers except for the bolt knob.
One of 9,000 produced in 1913 with a faster 230mm twist barrel (1:9.05") before switching back to 270mm (1:10.63") later in 1913. These rifles were issued to recruits.
Both bolt knobs are cracked.
Stock has tiger striping.
On the right side of the stock there is a large, shallow gouge before the wrist. Mild pressure mark before the rear barrel band. Heavy gouge halfway between the barrel bands. On the left side of the stock there are light gouges on the butt, near the rear of the comb. Light gouge inside the finger groove. Light gouging in front of the rear barrel band. On the underside of the stock there are light gouges along the butt. 1/2" crack at the receiver tang. Handguard has a light gouge before the front barrel band.
Receiver has heavy edge wear and light surface marks. Both barrel bands have mildly worn finish and light patina. Magazine plate has light to mild finish wear. Trigger guard has mild to heavy finish wear and light surface marks. Magazine base has heavily worn finish.

Includes muzzle cover and leather sling.
