Swiss 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1917, in very good condition with 90% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Upper bolt knob is chipped.
Furniture was previously sanded and refinished.
On the right side of the stock there is a severe gouge on the forward end of the butt, rear of the grip. On the left side of the stock, there are light gouges throughout the butt. Heavy gouging on the pistol grip. A large splice was inserted at the grip. Mild gouging below the finger groove. On the underside of the stock there are light gouges on the pistol grip and some rash to the right of the trigger. Light gouging at the rear of the comb.
All bluing was previously refurbished.
Receiver has light edge wear and surface marks throughout. Surface marks throughout both barrel bands. Mild surface marks on the front barrel band's hinge.
Receiver is P stamped.
Includes leather sling.
