Swiss 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1917, in very good condition with 90% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. Stock and handguard matching serial numbers. Bolt matching serial number. Magazine matching serial number. Bolt knobs matching serial number.
On the right side of the stock, there are heavy pressure marks on the butt toward the comb. The grip has a heavy gouge and a pair of heavy pressure marks. Light gouge to the left of the finger groove. Light gouge between the finger groove and rear barrel band. On the left side of the stock, there is a light gouge at the center of the butt, toward the comb and the underside of the butt. Mild pressure marks throughout the butt. Multiple light gouges on the pistol grip. On the underside of the stock there are multiple light gouges between the magazine plate and the rear barrel band. The handguard has light gouges before the rear barrel band.
Receiver has light finish wear and light edge wear. Multiple surface marks throughout the receiver. Both barrel bands have light finish wear and light edge wear. Mild edge wear on the trigger guard.
Receiver is P 63 stamped, indicating privatization in 1963. 31 stamped below the receiver, indicating armory refurbishment in 1931.
Lower bolt knob is chipped.
