Swiss 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1915, in very good condition with 90% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. Stock and handguard matching serial numbers. Bolt matching serial number. Magazine matching serial number.
Furniture has been sanded and refinished.
On the right side of the stock, "SCHWYZ" is found stamped at the butt. Small group of light pressure marks on the forearm between the barrel bands. On the left side of the sock there are very light pressure marks in front of the finger groove. Small group of light pressure marks in front of the rear barrel band. Pair of vertical pressure marks before the rear barrel band. On the underside of the stock there are light pressure marks before the front barrel band. Small gouge at the receiver tang. The handguard has a large repaired crack between the two barrel bands, as well as a mild gouge.
Receiver finish is lightly worn. Light surface marks throughout the receiver. Light edge wear around the loading slot and at the rear of the receiver. Both barrel bands have light finish wear and light patina. Light edge wear and light surface marks on the trigger guard.
Receiver is P stamped.
Both bolt knobs are cracked.
