Swiss W+F Bern 1896/11 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1900, in very good condition with 90% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Both bolt knobs are cracked.
On the right side of the stock there is a mild gouge and a heavy pressure mark at the forward end of the butt. Light gouging on the wrist. Light gouging before the finger groove. Light gouging between the barrel bands. On the left side of the stock there are light gouges at the rear edge of the butt. Heavy pressure marks around the center of the butt. Light gouging at the forward end of the butt. Light gouge above the finger groove. On the underside of the stock there are mild pressure marks on the butt in front of the sling mount. Light gouging in front of the magazine plate. Light gouge in front of the rear barrel band. Light gouge on the top of the wrist. Handguard has scratches in front of the ferrule.
Receiver has light edge wear and light surface marks. Rear barrel band has lightly worn finish and light pitting. Trigger guard has light edge wear.
