Swiss W+F Bern 1896/11 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1899, in very good condition with 75% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
On the right side of the stock, there is a light gouge at the rear of the butt and a heavy pressure mark at the center of the butt. Light gouge below the bolt release lever. Heavy pressure mark before the rear barrel band. On the left side of the stock there are light gouges on the butt and a heavy pressure mark above the pistol grip. Pressure marks along the wrist. Mild pressure mark and mild gouging before the finger groove. Mild gouge before the rear barrel band. On the underside of the stock there is a heavy pressure mark on the wrist. Heavy pressure marks before the rear barrel band. Light gouging along the comb. Handguard has light gouging between the ferrule and rear barrel band. Light gouging in front of the rear barrel band. Mild gouge and heavy pressure mark before the front barrel band.
Receiver has heavily worn finish and light to mild pitting. Both barrel bands have heavily worn finish. Trigger guard has mildly worn finish and mild patina. Magazine base has heavily worn finish.
