Product Description
Swiss W+F Bern 1896/11 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1900, in Very Good condition with 85% finish. 4/5 Bore (lightly worn rifling). 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers except for the bolt (s/n 313375) and the bolt knobs.
On the right side of the stock there is a light to mild gouge behind the bolt release lever. Mild pressure mark before the rear barrel band. On the left side of the stock there are white paint marks at the rear of the butt. Heavy gouging on the pistol grip. Heavy pressure mark in front of the finger groove. Light gouging around the rear barrel band. On the underside of the stock there is light gouging around the rear barrel band. Handguard has a large, shallow pressure mark halfway between the barrel bands.
Receiver has lightly worn finish and light patina. Both barrel bands have mildly worn finish and mild patina. Magazine plate, trigger guard, and magazine have mildly worn finish and mild patina.
