Swiss W+F Bern 1896/11 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1900, in Good condition with 85% finish. 5/5 Bore. 3/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Upper bolt knob is chipped. Lower bolt knob is cracked.
Handguard has an unrepaired crack before the rear barrel band.
On the right side of the stock there are heavy pressure marks on the butt. Repaired gouge on the wrist. Mild gouge before the finger groove. Heavy pressure mark before the front barrel band. On the left side of the stock there are light gouges around the center of the butt. Mild gouging and heavy pressure marks between the wrist and the finger groove. Mild gouging around the finger groove. Heavy gouging halfway between the barrel bands. On the underside of the stock there are small, heavy gouges in front of the finger groove.
Receiver has lightly worn finish. Both barrel bands have mild to heavy finish wear. Trigger guard has heavily worn finish.
P stamped receiver.
Includes leather sling.
