Antique Swiss W+F Bern 1889 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1892, in very good condition with 85% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Both bolt knobs are cracked.
Firing pin ring was armory repaired.
On the right side of the stock there are heavy scratches on the butt and wrist. Light gouging around the finger groove. On the left side of the stock there is light gouging on the wrist and mild pressure marks between the wrist and the finger groove. Heavy pressure mark in front of the finger groove on the stock and handguard. Light gouge in front of the rear barrel band. On the underside of the stock there is light gouging on the wrist and to the right of the trigger guard. Light gouging before the front barrel band. Mild pressure mark on the butt at the heel.
Receiver has lightly worn finish, light patina, and light surface marks. Both barrel bands have lightly worn finish, light patina, and light tool marks. Trigger guard has lightly worn finish. Magazine has mild edge wear.
