Swiss 1889 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1892, in very good condition with 85% finish. 4/5 Bore (light pitting throughout). 4/5 Stock. all matching serial numbers.
Both bolt knobs are cracked.
On the right side of the stock, there is a light gouge near the comb and at the rear of the grip. On the left side of the stock, there is some paint transfer at the heel. A light gouge and mild pressure marks on the grip. Light gouge before the finger groove. Mild pressure marks at the woodline between the stock and handguard, in front of the handguard ferrule.
Receiver finish is lightly worn and has light to mild edge wear throughout. Light to mild finish wear on both barrel bands. Light finish wear on the magazine plate, trigger guard, and magazine.
No P stamp.
