This Swiss Luger 1906/29, produced in 1942, is in excellent condition with 95% original finish. 5/5 Bore. All visible serial numbers matching. Overall bluing is very dark with limited wear: The frame has very minor finish wear on the forward edge on the left and right sides. Trigger plate has light edge wear at the high area, and the safety selector has light edge wear on the round knob. Both toggle knobs have very light finish wear from handling. Muzzle has light finish wear. Black Bakelite grips with good checkering. Magazine has matching black Bakelite base. Frame has the inspection stamp of Major Hauri (cross over H), who was the Swiss federal inspector at W+F BERN from 1942 to 1946. Frame is P stamped. C&R Eligible. Very discreet import engraving.
This model has the standard 1906/29 features such as a new type toggle with flat, uncheckered toggle knobs; grip safety, wide trigger, narrow trigger guard and a straight grip front strap, no stock lug and barrel chambered in 7.65mm Luger.
