Swiss ZFK 31/42 Sniper Rifle w/ Manual - sn 450xx2
Swiss K31/42 sniper carbine, produced in 1942, in very good condition with 85% original finish. 5/5 Bore. 3/5 Stock. Stock and handguard matching serial numbers. Bolt matching serial number. Magazine matching serial number.
Stock has a light tiger stripe pattern at the butt. Furniture exhibits fair to moderate handling wear overall, with numerous mild pressure marks throughout. On the right side of the stock, there is a mild gouge at the grip, below the bolt handle. There are numerous pressure marks found around the finger groove. On the forearm in front of the rear barrel band, there is a light gouge at the woodline. On the left side of the stock, there is a light paint scuff at the butt. below the heel. Above the pistol grip there are a couple of mild pressure marks, and there is mild to fair finish wear from handling from the grip to the beginning of the finger groove. Multiple light pressure marks around the finger groove. On the underside of the stock, there are numerous mild to moderate pressure marks and a few heavy pressure marks along the toe. There are a few heavy pressure marks on the edge of the wood around the front and rear of the magazine plate. The comb of the stock has multiple light pressure marks and a few small gouges. The handguard has a pair of heavy pressure marks on the left side near the handguard ferrule. On the right side of the handguard is a long, heavy pressure mark in front of the rear barrel band and a couple of heavy pressure marks at the woodline.
The receiver has an even light to mild finish wear throughout. Minor to light edge wear around the loading slot. The built-in KERN 1.8x optic has heavy finish wear, with the periscope end in the white. The rear barrel band has light finish wear, and very light edge wear on the underside at the mounting screw. Front barrel band has light finish wear on the top side and on the left side at the hinge, and minor to very light edge wear around the bayonet lug. Magazine plate has light finish wear. Light edge wear on the trigger guard with a small spot of mild finish wear on the right edge. Magazine has very light finish wear on the underside.
Built-in KERN 1.8x optic is fairly clear, with light fogging around the perimeter.
