Swiss military 34mm flare pistol, model M17/38. Excellent Condition with 97% Original Finish. Matching S/N#. 5/5 Bore. Made by W+F Neuhausen. Wood Grips. Comes with Fabric Sling. Some minor handling wear near the front sling loop, as well as minor surface wear consistent with military use.
The Swiss M1917/38 flare pistol is designed to accept 34mm flares. With the safety selector set to S, the trigger guard can be pressed forward to open the action. Setting the safety selector to F will prevent the action from opening. Trigger is single action only.
