Original issued large-type Swiss Military backpack. These large-type backpacks were typically issued to either medics or radio operators. Backpack has one large main compartment only.
The main compartment has a large outer flap that is secured with two adjustable leather straps on the left and right corners. One adjustable leather strap runs vertically over the main flap. There is a pocket on the backside of the main flap. Inside, two adjustable leather straps secure two flaps over the main compartment.
The stitching for the leather strap running over the front flap has come undone on the top side of the pack; vertical running stitching is very heavily worn, with only the horizontal running stitching remaining. Heavy wear on the rear of the backpack on the bottom. The inner flaps have patches of missing fur, as well as on the bottom edges of the pack. Discoloration and stains on the inner canvas of the pack.
