Swiss M1914 Pioneer Sawback Bayonet - sn 14335
Swiss model 1914 sawback bayonet, produced by Elsener Schwyz, with scabbard and leather frog.
Blade has light pitting. Left side grip has a repaired gouge. Right side grip has a mild pressure mark. Pommel has light surface marks.
Scabbard has mildly worn finish.
The 1914 Sawback Bayonet was not a widely issued bayonet, and was only issued to select troops. The serial number indicates that it was issued with a 00/11 (K11) Carbine produced in 1909.
