Swiss infantry "Armee-Modell" porro prism binoculars manufactured by Kern Aarau in 1931. The 6-power magnification, 24mm objective allows for a wide field of view, perfect for field observation, and its compact size allows for easy storage.
Eyepieces have individually adjustable focus and pull-out eye cups. Black paint is wearing off throughout the body revealing the brass underneath. Leather trim is worn and missing in some areas. Swiss Cross on the front of the binoculars. Right side has the serial number. Leather neck strap is attached.
Includes protective military issue leather storage case. Discoloration on the bottom of the case.
