Swiss Infantry Briquet Saber Model 1842/52, modeled after the French Infantry Briquette 1817.
Hilt is one-piece brass construction. Blade was previously sharpened and has a very thin edge. Multiple marks along the edge. Blade has a small crack. Light pitting throughout the blade. Light surface marks and pitting throughout the hilt.
No scabbard included.
