M1918 Bayonet - sn 823126
Model 1918 Bayonet, manufactured by Elsener Schwyz. Includes scabbard.
Blade has several marks on the edge as well as surface marks. Pressure marks on the wood grip panels. Scabbard has moderate to heavy finish wear.
These bayonets were issued with the K11 and K31 Carbines.
The serial number indicates that this bayonet would have been issued with a K31 Carbine produced in 1944.
