Model 1918 Swiss bayonet manufactured by Elsener Schwyz Victoria. Includes scabbard; no leather frog included.
"Victoria" was added to Elsener Schwyz' ricasso marking beginning in 1950.
Model 1918 bayonets were issued with the 00/11 Carbine, K11 Carbine, and K31 Carbine. As the serial number 228195 is out of the serial number range for the 00/11 and K11 Carbines, this bayonet would have been issued with K31 serial number 228195 in 1954.
