Deutche Waffen und Munitionsfabriken (DWM) model 1916 Navy Luger, produced in 1916, in very good condition with 90% finish. 3/5 Bore (mild pitting). 4/5 Grips. Only the trigger and barrel match the frame's serial number.
Bluing was previously refurbished. Safety selector, trigger, takedown lever, magazine catch, and grip screws are blued instead of straw finished.
"1916" stamped on the left side of the frame and over the chamber. Navy acceptance stamps on the left side of the receiver.
On the right side there is a light surface mark at the rear of the frame. Light pitting toward the forward end of the receiver. Barrel has a small, light scratch. On the underside, there is a small spot of heavy finish wear at the center of the barrel. Bolt has light pitting.
Walnut grips have light to mild handling wear. Right side grip has a loose fit.
Rear sight is adjustable from 100 to 200 meters.
Includes leather holster and cleaning rod.
