This Model 1906 Swiss Luger, produced in 1906 by Deutsche Waffen und Munitionsfabriken, is in very good condition with 85% original finish. 5/5 Bore. All visible serial numbers matching. Wood grips matching serial numbers. The left side of the frame has some edge/holster wear at the forward edge. The right side of the frame has holster wear and edge wear along the top of the frame. The trigger guard has edge wear and there is a light amount of finish wear at the bottom of the front strap. Bluing is worn on both grip screws. The trigger plate has finish wear on the high area. There is also some surface pitting noted at the forward edge of the frame. Receiver has bluing wear on the knurling of the toggle grips, as well as on the left side of the toggle forward of the toggle grip. Barrel has holster wear at the muzzle, as well as an area of bluing wear on the top side of the barrel, behind the front sight. The straw finish is worn, and the safety selector and the ejector are both blued. Wood grips have dulled checkering in areas; a small area in the checkering below the magazine release button has been flattened a bit. A small part of the left side wood grip has chipped off, just below the safety selector lever, above the grip safety. Receiver has the Swiss inspector stamp of Major Vogelsang. 8rd nickel-plated magazine has a wood base.
