Swiss K11 Carbine, produced in 1916, in very good condition with 80% original finish. 4/5 Bore (lightly worn rifling). 3/5 Stock. Stock and handguard matching serial numbers. Bolt matching serial number. Magazine matching serial number.
A non-factory gloss coating had been previously applied to the furniture. On the right side of the stock, there is a light gouge on the edge of the butt at the butt plate. There is a scrape and gouges above the magazine, to the left of the finger groove. Various pressure marks and a couple of light gouges around the edge of the finger groove. On the left side of the stock, there are small gouges at the edge of the butt, around the butt plate. There are multiple light pressure marks along the butt of the stock, the side of the grip, and around the woodline below the receiver. There is a flat spot on the bottom left edge of the finger groove. The underside of the stock has mostly light pressure marks, with a few heavy pressure marks and some scattered gouges. There is a long scratch in front of the magazine plate.
Receiver has light edge wear around the loading slot and the lightening cuts. Light to mild edge wear at the rear of the receiver. Very light to light scratches in the finish along the top side. Both barrel bands have moderate to heavy finish wear and mild patina. Magazine plate has fair to moderate finish wear and patina. Trigger guard has mild edge wear, fair finish wear, and patina. Magazine has fair to moderate finish wear and patina.
Receiver is P stamped.
