Swiss K11 Carbine, produced in 1931, in very good condition with 85% original finish. 5/5 Bore. 3/5 Stock. Stock and handguard matching serial numbers. Bolt matching serial number. Magazine matching serial number.
Furniture has pressure marks and light gouges throughout the wood. On the right side of the stock there is a long, light scratch below the Swiss military acceptance stamp. There is a gouge on the side of the pistol grip and light to mild pressure marks along the side of the stock from the grip to the end of the finger groove. There is some gouging at the woodline below and to the left of the handguard. On the left side of the stock, there is a mild pressure mark above the grip and a heavy gouge on the pistol grip. There are a few mild pressure marks past the grip and a light gouge at the woodline. To the right of the finger groove are a couple of long, mild pressure marks and there are some heavy pressure marks within the finger groove. There is a long gouge on the underside of the stock near the toe. In front of the magazine plate there are multiple mild to heavy pressure marks.
Receiver has light edge wear around the loading slot and minor to very light edge wear on the lightening cuts. Mild edge wear at the rear of the receiver. Mild finish wear on both barrel bands. Light finish wear on the magazine plate. Trigger guard has light edge wear, some surface scuffs, and light patina. Magazine has light finish wear and some very light scratches on the underside.
Bolt knobs have been replaced.
Receiver is P stamped. "35" stamp underneath the serial number.
Includes muzzle cover and leather sling. Sling does not have a sling clip installed at the rear and does not have the sliding adjustment in the front.

The Karabiner Model 1911 (K11) is the shorter, lighter, carbine model of the Swiss 1911 rifle. It is a magazine fed, straight pull, bolt action rifle chambered in 7.5x55mm Swiss Gewehrpatrone 1911 (GP11). Though the 1911 rifle ceased production in 1919, the K11 was produced through 1933 as the Swiss military realized the benefit of outfitting their service members with shorter, lighter, carbines.
