Swiss K11 Carbine, produced in 1930, in very good condition with 80% original finish. 5/5 Bore. 3/5 Stock. Stock and handguard matching serial numbers. Bolt matching serial number. Magazine matching serial number.
Stock has a tiger tripe pattern along the right side and on the comb. Various pressure marks found along the stock. On the right side of the stock there are a couple of light gouges at the butt next to the butt plate and multiple long pressure marks and scratches. On the forearm there are a few long pressure marks in front of the rear barrel band. The right side of the stock has several moderate to heavy pressure marks. There are a few gouges near the grip. There are a couple of scratches at the top of the grip and a long pressure mark in front of the grip. Heavy pressure mark on the woodline below the right side of the receiver's left side lightening cut. On the underside of the stock there is a gouge adjacent to the right side of the magazine plate. There is an area with multiple pressure marks and some gouging in front of the magazine plate. There are multiple small, light pressure marks along the comb, a long scratch, and a small gouge near the receiver tang. The handguard has various light to mild pressure marks throughout.
Receiver has mild finish wear. Fair to moderate finish wear at the rear left side of the receiver. Mild to fair edge wear around the loading slot. Light edge wear around the lightening cuts. There are some marks in the surface of the metal around the upper lightening cuts. Rear barrel band has light finish wear and light patina. Mild finish wear on the front barrel band. Mild finish wear on the magazine plate. Mild to fair finish wear on the trigger guard. Mild to fair finish wear on the base of the magazine.
Receiver is P 57 stamped indicating privatization in 1957.
Soldier's tag found under butt plate.
Includes leather sling. The stitching near the length adjustment loop is heavily worn.
