Swiss 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1917, in very good condition with 90% finish. 5/5 Bore. 3/5 Stock. Stock and handguard matching serial numbers. Bolt matching serial number. Magazine matching serial number.
Stock has tiger striping at the comb.
On the right side of the stock, there is a heavy pressure mark and a pair of light gouges on the grip. Heavy pressure mark before the rear barrel band. On the left side of the stock, there is a heavy mark on the grip. Multiple light gouges to the left of the finger groove. Heavy pressure mark near the rear barrel band. On the underside of the stock there is a heavy pressure mark and heavy gouge on the pistol grip. Heavy pressure mark before the rear barrel band. Mild pressure marks along the comb and a small 1/2" crack at the receiver tang.
Receiver has light edge wear throughout. Light spots from pitting throughout the receiver. Heavy surface mark on the rear lightening cut. Both barrel bands have light edge wear and tool marks. Light edge wear, light finish wear, and light surface marks on the trigger guard.
Receiver is P stamped. WF27 stamp indicates armory refurbishment in 1927.
