This Swiss Luger 1906/29, produced in 1944, is in very good condition with 90% original finish. 5/5 Bore. All visible serial numbers matching. Left side of the frame has edge wear on the front edge of the frame, with wear continuing below the serial number. Right side of the frame has edge wear at the forward edge, with a very light amount of edge wear continuing along the bottom edge to about the trigger. Edge wear on the takedown lever, safety selector leaver, and a light amount of edge wear on the high area of the trigger plate. Light edge wear at the trigger guard. Right side of the receiver has light edge wear from the toggle grip to the front of the receiver. Toggle has finish wear at the hinge. Non-original wood grips are installed. Wood grips have very sharp checkering. Right side wood grip has a crack above the grip screw. Magazine has black Bakelite base. Frame is P stamped. Waffenkontrolle stamp to the left of the serial number on the frame. Includes leather holster with shoulder strap. C&R Eligible. Very discreet import engraving.
This model has the standard 1906/29 features such as a new type toggle with flat, uncheckered toggle knobs; grip safety, wide trigger, narrow trigger guard and a straight grip front strap, no stock lug and barrel chambered in 7.65mm Luger.
