Swiss Model 1957 bayonet for the Stg57, manufactured by Wenger. Military issue. Includes scabbard.
There is a nick on the edge of the blade. Scabbard has some marks near the tip.
Unlike previous Swiss bayonets, the Model 1957 bayonets were numbered separately, rather than when the rifle was issued to the soldier. The soldier's issued M1957 bayonet's serial number is unlikely to match the issued Stgw57 rifle.
