Product Description
Swiss model 1914 sawback bayonet, produced by Waffenfabrik Neuhausen, with leather scabbard and frog.
Blade has light surface marks at the tip. Right side grip has light gouging. Pommel has light surface marks.
Leather scabbard has light gouging.
Bayonet was reissued. Remnants of the previous serial number can be seen underneath the current serial number.
The 1914 Sawback Bayonet was not a widely issued bayonet, and was only issued to select troops. The serial number indicates that it was issued with an 05/11 (K11) Carbine produced in 1907.
