Product Description
Swiss Cavalry leather scabbard for the K11 and K31 carbine, for use by cavalry units. These were typically later converted to fit the Stgw.57 (SIG SG 550) but this one appears to remain in its original configuration.
Heavy wear along the spine, especially around the middle strap. There is a 3" section on the inside flap where the stitching had either been worn away or removed. Scratches and handling wear throughout. No leathermaker stamp was found so it is not possible to determine the year of manufacture, but there is a Swiss inspection stamp of a federal cross over "N" found near the top of the scabbard.
