Very deep blue with polished finish. Left side of the frame has moderate finish wear at the forward edge on the top corner and light edge wear on the bottom corner of the high area and on the dust cover. There is some scratching in the bluing at the high area behind the slide stop lever, as well as two small marks in the metal at the rear of the high area. Two small scratches are found below the slide stop lever where the slide stop has rubbed against the frame, and a light mark from safety selector usage. Small amount of edge wear on the bottom corner of the front strap. Light finish wear on the lanyard loop.
Right side of the frame has minor edge wear at the forward edge at the high area and light edge wear on the dust cover. Minor mark on the bottom edge of the front strap.
Light edge wear on the trigger guard. Underside of the frame has no notable blemishes.
Slide has light edge wear around the muzzle. The left side of the slide has edge wear on the upper edge near the muzzle. Right side of the slide has very light edge wear on the upper edge. Minor edge wear on the front and rear sights.
Original SIG wood grips have mild handling wear. They appear to have had a new clear coat applied. The clear coat does not appear to have been applied very well, particularly on the right side grip where the coating has an uneven surface and is wearing off in some areas.
Includes original blue SIG box. Box has no remaining internal foam.
C&R eligible; discreet import engraving.
Originally manufactured in 1947 by SIG in Neuhausen, Switzerland, this pistol was first designated as the SP 47/8 and became the standard military pistol of the Swiss Army in 1949 under the designation Pistole 49 (P49). Later designated as the P210, this handgun is constructed of steel and is chambered in either 9x19mm or 7.65x21mm Parabellum. The SIG P210 has been manufactured continuously for over 55 years with numerous variations, all of which are highly valued for their historical significance and reputation for surgical accuracy.
