Model 1918 Bayonet, manufactured by Elsener Schwyz. Includes scabbard.
Blade has marks throughout the edge. Multiple light gouges on the grips. Pommel has light scratches and marks in the metal. Scabbard appears to have had its original bluing removed and then painted over as paint is flaking off in areas.
These bayonets were issued with the K11 and K31 Carbines.
The serial number indicates that this bayonet would have been issued with a K31 Carbine produced in 1949.
