Model 1899 Bayonet, manufactured by Waffenfabrik Neuhausen. Includes scabbard and leather frog.
Blade is clean but the edge has been ground down and squared. Light pitting on the pommel and on the scabbard.
These bayonets were issued with the Schmidt-Rubin 1896/11 Infantry Rifle, 1911 Infantry Rifle, and the K11 Carbine.
The serial number indicates that this bayonet would have been issued with a K11 Carbine produced in 1916.
