Product Description
Rimfire .22LR pistol, modeled after a Luger P08 and manufactured by Erma-Werke in West Germany. Produced after 1969. In very good condition with 90% original finish. 5/5 Bore.
Overall bluing is dark with some light scratches and scattered marks in the metal present. On the right side of the frame, there is a large scratch in the finish at the upper rear of the frame. Small, light scratches and marks at the high area and mild edge wear at the forward edge. On the left side of the frame, there is a light scratch at the high area over the "ERMA" manufacturer stamp. There is also mild edge wear at the forward edge and several small marks in the finish on the upper edge above the serial number.
On the right side of the receiver, there is a light scratch to the right of the toggle knob and appears to be connected to the scratch on the frame. Right side toggle knob has mild finish wear on the knurling, with heavier wear on the upper right. The left side toggle knob has light to mild finish wear on the knurling. The finish coloration on the rear link has a different coloration compared to the rest of the blue, but this is consistent with other KGP69 models.
There are German proof marks found on the left side of the frame, just above the grip. From left to right, there is a Nitro proof stamp, Munich proof house stamp, and a third stamp that appears to be the Munich shield with the number "80" inside.
Wood-style plastic grips are in excellent condition. Checkering is excellent and there is only very light to light handling wear present. Left side grip has a contoured thumb rest so this pistol is more suitable for a right handed grip.
These pistols were also known in the US as the Beeman P-08.
