Product Description
Czech-manufactured Drulov model 70 single shot, bolt action pistol, produced in 1974, is in very good condition with 93% original finish. 5/5 Bore. Overall bluing is very dark. There is a small scratch on the upper left side of the receiver, in front of the rear sight, with a few smaller marks around the scratch. Bolt knob and the rear of the receiver have a few faint marks from handling. There is some light finish wear on and around the front sight. Sight screws have some tooling marks from previous adjustment. Wood target grip has some handling wear, with light scratches seen scattered throughout.
The wood grip has been customized by the original owner; on the right side, a larger piece of wood has been spliced into the upper area of the grip and is nicely contoured. A very well executed customization that seems to serve its purpose well.
Modern production, not C&R eligible. Discreet import engraving.
To load the pistol, turn the rear of the bolt 45 degrees counter-clockwise, then pull to the rear. Insert one round of .22LR, close the bolt, and rotate 45 degrees clockwise to lock the bolt.
The trigger is a set trigger; to fire, you must first press down on the bar below the trigger, which sets the trigger. Then you can press the trigger to the rear to fire. The trigger is extremely light once set and measures approximately 1lb.
The front sight is adjustable for elevation by pivoting the sight. The rear sight is adjustable for windage by turning a screw.
