Good condition with 70% original finish. All S/N numbers matching. 5/5 Bore. This scarce example of a Swiss Mannlicher 1893 rifle is produced at SIG Neuhausen. The rifle is marked with many military cartouche of Major. Rudolf Schmidt, designer of the Schmidt-Rubin series rifles. The bore is quality is excellent with very sharp grooves. There is finish wear on the front sight. Long running fracture on the left and right hand sides of the wood stock.
