1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION
Edelweiss Arms, a division of KRISS USA, Inc., (“SPONSOR”) is giving away two (2) 10 round packs of Swiss GP11 ammunition with qualifying purchases made from https://www.edelweissarms.com during the promotion period. The promotion is only open to legal residents of The United States and is void where prohibited by law.
2. AGREEMENT TO RULES
By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requires set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Swiss GP11 Ammunition Promotion (“PROMOTION”) is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Swiss GP11 Ammunition Promotion begins Friday, June 14, 2019 at 00:01 EDT and ends on Sunday, June 30, 2019 at 23:59 EDT.
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
The participant must purchase a Swiss firearm that is chambered in 7.5x55mm Swiss (“GP11”) during the promotion period. The Promotional Item will not be displayed on your invoice at check-out and will be shipped separately from your order.
Promotion may not be applied to orders placed either prior to or after the promotion period.
5. REWARDS
Eligible participants will receive, while supplies last, two (2) SWISS GP11 7.5X55 FMJ LEAD CORE 10RDS PACK (SKU: SW7555-10) (“PROMOTIONAL ITEM”) per eligible purchase after receiving all required documentation. SWISS GP11 7.5X55 FMJ LEAD CORE 10RDS PACK has no monetary value and is not redeemable nor exchangeable for cash nor store credit. The receipt by the participant of the Promotional Item is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations.
6. DELIVERY
Two (2) SWISS GP11 7.5X55 FMJ LEAD CORE 10RDS PACK will be shipped by Edelweiss Arms via UPS Ground shipping service to the shipping address on the qualifying order, or to an address qualified to receive the Promotional Item. The Promotional Item will be delivered separately from qualifying orders.
7. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of compliant states of United States of America who are 18 years or older, or 21 years or older in some jurisdictions. The Swiss GP11 Ammunition Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Ammunition is unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Massachusetts, and Washington D.C..
Ammunition shipping to California must be delivered to an FFL dealer or licensed ammunition vendor. A shipping exemption is available for valid 03 FFL (Curio & Relic Collector) holders with a current Certificate of Exemption issued by California Department of Justice. Ammunition is unable to be shipped to the cities of Los Angeles, Oakland, Sacramento, San Francisco, Carson, Sunnyvale, and Berkeley.
Ammunition is unable to ship to New York City. Outside of New York City, ammunition must be delivered to an FFL dealer or a licensed ammunition vendor.
Ammunition may only be shipped to Connecticut after Sponsor has received a valid copy of the purchaser’s identification and a valid copy of the purchaser’s firearm carry permit or other eligibility certificate.
Ammunition is unable to be shipped to Chicago, Illinois. Outside of Chicago, ammunition may be shipped after Sponsor has received a valid copy of the purchaser’s identification and a valid copy of the purchaser’s Firearm Owner’s Identification Card.
Ammunition is unable to be shipped to Montgomery County, nor Annapolis, Maryland.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion or download of any materials in the promotion.
If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend the Promotion. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Promotion.
